A legacy of chemistry. A future shaped by climate.

Four decades of chemistry taught the family how hard things get built. Spectrum Impact puts that to work on problems a company alone cannot solve.

Spectrum Impact is the family office of Mrs. Arti and Mr. Rajendra Gogri, one of the promoters of Aarti Industries.

A legacy of chemistry.

For more than four decades the family has built Aarti Industries, from a small unit into a global specialty chemicals company. What the family knows about building things, it learned there.

  • 40+years of Aarti Industries
  • 60+countries it exports to
  • 75%of its product portfolio ranks first to fourth in the world

Beyond the company.

Capital is one part of the work. The family has also helped build places where science, industry and founders meet.

A delegate stands to ask a question from the floor at SCALE in Mumbai.
SCALE, Mumbai, 2025

SCALE

Solving for Climate Action by Leveraging the Ecosystem. Mirik founded it during ChemTech's 50th anniversary, to bring climate technology to the Indian manufacturers that must adopt it. The first edition, in March 2024, drew about 500 people, 50 exhibitors from around the world and 60 presentations across 14 sessions.

ITRI

India's Translational Research Initiative. A nationwide philanthropic effort, with Mirik as a founding member, to take lab science to market. It works on the gap between a lab result and a working product: technology readiness levels 4 to 7.

Gogri Hub

Gogri Hub for Membranes Research, at IIT Bombay. Established with the family's support as part of its commitment to ITRI, it works on membranes for the next generation of clean technologies.

From the first plant to the newest fusion company, the same long view.

Patient, science led work compounds over decades. Spectrum Impact is where the family puts that belief to work next.
